Together with friends/volunteers from Manila and Cavite (Luzon), our collective (kinaiyahan unahon) conducted a zine making workshop last January 26 at the KU social center. Among those who participated were two members of the local dub-poetry band Free Humanity (rolly and raine), who also help us in many of our projects. The event lasted for 4 hours with discussions, food and performances.
During the workshop, all of us were very motivated for a collaboration. We agreed to make a small zine together as a remembrance (or product) for that wonderful activity. Because of this, we would like to thank all of our friends for this very meaningful day!
We are looking forward to see them again this coming month of March for the 3-day convention in Manila.
